The Kustom Cooling A/C condensers are the best quality, most reliable heavy duty A/C condensers that have ever been offered for 2007 and newer heavy duty trucks. Kustom Cooling offers an engineered product that only uses the truck manufacturers OEM template to insure proper form, fit and function. That is where the similarities end.

Kustom Cooling combined the expertise of our design engineers, application engineers, and field failure analysis results of current condenser designs to develop an A/C condenser that is better than anything else available in the market place. The Kustom Cooling A/C condensers utilize wavy fin core technology, an improved design of the A/C hose connections, and a more robust mounting system. The design and testing was followed up with field proto-typing in real applications. The result is an A/C condenser that is far superior to the OEM or aftermarket options for quality, performance, durability, and overall reliability.

The Kustom Cooling A/C condensers are 100% all aluminum condensers (including the core, end supports and tanks) that provide the best quality and most heavy duty condensers on the market. There are several advantages to an aluminum condenser over a steel or copper brass condenser.

The Kustom Cooling A/C condensers also utilize a fully patented "wavy" style fin. The "wavy fin" offers several advantages over both a straight fin and louvered fin configuration.

• Increased surface area for significantly greater cooling capability;
  
• Increased contact area of the fin to plate, which increases the overall strength of the radiator core, and provides more uniform control of thermal expansion;
  
• Smooth fins greatly reduce debris clogging and allows for easy cleaning maintenance;
