Oil Cooler Mount Option:
Kustom Cooling "quick mount" no drill set of mounting brackets for Hydraulic Oil Cooler System. This option is a very popular option, as it requires no drilling to mount the unit onto a heavy duty truck frame.
Controller Option:
Kustom Cooling patented electric thermal management fan controller. This option is perfect for the operator that operates the cooler in conditions that subject the heat exchanger to high amounts of dust, airborne debris such as agricultural, forestry, mining and any other vocational application where the heat exchanger is exposed to conditions that contribute to clogging and ultimately a inefficient cooling system. The controller is fully automated and can be programmed to provide a pre-determined set point for fan turn on, fan reversal for debris removal, and manage a reservoir heater for cold weather operation to pre-heat the hydraulic oil. This unit fully automates the system and does not rely on the operator.
Harness Option:
Kustom Cooling plug and play universal fan wiring harness to allow for easy installation.
Hydraulic Manifold Option:
Kustom Cooling distribution manifold assembly available in either a 30 GPM or 60 GPM assembly that provides for trailer distribution as well as both supply side (5 micron absolute) filtration and return (10 micron absolute) filtration. "Protect your system" with proper filtration.
